dare such as diplomas, graduate cards, and tee-shirt that every student gets when they
successfully complete the program.
There were many prizes given out during the event,
that were graciously donated by area business, but the grand prize was won by Dana Wilker

St.Marys.

would like to thank K-94 Radio who puts on the DARE Bowling event each year and everyone
who came out to support the Auglaize County DARE Program. We look forward to seeing

Evans, and Sheriff Allen Soloomon |
Lodge President Jerry
Sawmiller explained that Scott was chosen for his outstanding work and dedication to
educating youth on the dangers of drug and alcohol abuse. Another reason Scott was
chosen involved his commitment to youth in the community by coaching soccer and softball.
During the ceremony, Scott was commended for setting an outstanding example to his
students by emulating his own qualities of respect, compassion, and personal
responsibility.
Throughout his career, Scott maintained a
friendly rapport with school officials, fellow law enforcement personnel, and members of
the community. With all of his accomplishments Scott maintained a very humble and
cordial personality, always willing to help someone in need. Scott set a wonderful
example for all law enforcement officers on community relations.
