REGARDING COMPLAINTS TO THE ASSESSMENT

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

To file a Complaint the to Assessment it CAN NOT be just a
letter to the Board of Revisions.  The Complaint form and
documentation must be filed with the board to be official.

FAXED information will not be accepted.  All complaints
to the Assessment must be filed in the Auditor's Office

All Complaints to The Assessment forms must be
received in the Auditor's Office by 4:30 PM March 31. Forms
mailed to the office and received after this time will not be
accepted regardless of the date stamp.

Estate Tax Reminder

All mortgages/deeds must be filed and cancelled with the Auglaize County Recorder with proper filing fees.  ALL DEEDS must be first transferred at the Auglaize County Auditor's Office before recording with Recorder.
